Mentoring System
The mentoring system helps students make the most of their academic efforts and achieve the greatest results. This promotes learning through targeted encouragement, continuous discussion and progress assessment. All of the mentors are JPED teachers who understand each student's individual learning strengths and needs, environmental preferences, language barriers, personal learning experiencesand long-term goals. They develop personal plan for each student's growth.
- A sound mentor system
- Each group only has 3-5 students
- One-on-one and face-to-face communication once or twice a week
- More than 3 times a week for group activities and discussions
- 70 minutes full mentor session once a week
- Principal , Chinese & Foreign teachers as mentors
